• Introduce company products (Interactive Panels, Digital Signage, AV Solutions)

2. 🎯 Lead QualificationUnderstand client requirements

• Filter serious vs time-pass inquiries
• Collect key details:
• Requirement
• Budget
• Timeline
• Location

3. 📊 Follow-Up Management

Do consistent follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp

• Maintain follow-up schedule (Daily / Weekly)
• Ensure no lead is missed (very important for IndiaMART leads)

4. 🤝 Sales CoordinationAssign qualified leads to sales team

• Coordinate meetings / demos
• Support in quotation follow-up

5. 🧾 CRM & Data ManagementUpdate all lead details in CRM (like Odoo / Excel)

• Maintain call logs and status:
• Interested
• Not Interested
• Call Back Later
• Converted

6. 📈 Target & PerformanceDaily call target: 80–120 calls

• Lead generation target: 8–15 qualified leads/day
• Conversion support target (assist sales closure)

7. 💬 Customer CommunicationSpeak professionally and confidently

• Handle objections smartly
• Build trust and long-term relationships

8.🧠 Required SkillsGood communication (Hindi + English + local language)

• Basic sales understanding
