Job Description
- Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the telesales & telecalling team
- Plan and execute tele-marketing strategies to generate leads
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for interior design services
- Convert enquiries into site visits, meetings, and closures
- Monitor daily call targets, conversions & follow-ups
- Train, motivate & guide telesales executives
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with design & site teams for smooth client handover
- Maintain CRM, lead data & follow-up schedules
- Improve scripts, objection handling & conversion ratio
- Support marketing campaigns & promotions
- Skills Required: Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong leadership & team management ability
- Knowledge of telesales, lead conversion & CRM systems
- Target-oriented & result-driven approach
- Good reporting & analytical skills
- Education Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telesales or tele-marketing
- At least 1–2 years in a managerial role
- Interior / real estate/service industry experience preferred
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead conversion ratio
- Number of site visits/meetings scheduled
- Revenue generated via telesales
- Team performance & call quality
- Working Hours: Full-time (as per office timing)
- Salary & Incentives:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
