• Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sale the
company's products and services.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage
repeat business.
• Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process
customer purchases.
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance.
• Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and
follow-up to ensure action has been taken.
