Job Title: Telesales Executive – Loans Location: Pune / Maharashtra (or as applicable)

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, lead conversion, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the credit team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Auto Loans, or Credit Cards
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Generate qualified leads and close sales targets on a daily/monthly basis
• Follow up with customers for document collection and application completion
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, verification, approval, and disbursement
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/dialer systems
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Undergraduate (HSC minimum)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language preferred)
• Ability to convince and close sales over the phone
• Basic knowledge of loan products (training will be provided for freshers)
• Comfortable working with targets and incentives
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Dialer, MS Excel)
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in loan telesales, banking, NBFC, or call center is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply
