Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to connect with aspiring entrepreneurs, explain Startup Maharashtra programs, and convert interested leads into enrolled participants. You will play a key role in building relationships with young founders and growing our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential leads from provided databases and inbound inquiries.
• Explain Startup Maharashtra programs, events, and services clearly.
• Understand the needs of founders and recommend suitable offerings.
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team when required.
• Represent Startup Maharashtra professionally on calls.

Required Skills

• Good Marathi communication skills (English is a plus).
• Basic understanding of startups or willingness to learn.
• Confidence in talking to new people.
• Persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
