Job Title: Telesales Executive (B2B – Mens Readymade Garments)

Job Description:

We are a leading Men’s Readymade Garment Clothing Brand looking to hire an experienced Telesales Executive for B2B sales. The role involves interacting with shopkeepers, retailers, and wholesale buyers over calls to promote and sell our garment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to shopkeepers and retail stores for B2B garment sales
• Explain product range, pricing, schemes, and offers to retailers
• Generate and close sales orders over calls
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and shop owners
• Follow up on leads, pending orders, and repeat business
• Maintain daily call reports, order details, and customer records
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / B2B Sales
• Experience in garment, apparel, textile, or fashion industry preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 fixed salary per month
• Average incentives up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)
