Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports
