Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Initiate cold calls to prospective clients using a provided database to introduce our professional services.
  • Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify potential leads by understanding their specific business needs and pain points.
  • Service Presentation: Clearly explain complex service offerings (such as compliance, tax, or advisory services) in a simple, benefit-driven manner.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up meetings or consultations between prospects and our senior partners/directors.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly/monthly lead generation quotas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage for local Pune operations).
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated throughout the day.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital communication tools.
  • Professionalism: A polite, persistent, and professional phone manner.
