Job Description
1) Lead calling and followup
. Call incoming leads from facebook /instagram /google
.Followup with potential clients regularly
. handle customer enquires professionally
2) Appointment/Site visit booking
.fix the site inspection for our painting services
.confirm the visit schedule with customers and send remainders through whatsapp
3) customer requirement collection
.Understand customer needs (interior ,exterior ,waterprofing )
.collect the basic details like location ,areas ,timeline etc
.sending quotes to clients and followup the messages
4) Daily reporting
.Maintain daily calling and followup report
.update leads details in excel/google sheet
.share daily daily performance updates with owner
