Job Summary

We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, pitching Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Life Insurance products, and closing sales over the phone.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to interested and potential leads
• Promote and sell Health, Motor & Life Insurance policies
• Explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry)
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance sales, or outbound calling preferred

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Languages: Hindi / English (Regional language is a plus)
