Position: Telesales Executive ( Male )

Location: Shivprasad Housing Society, Dattawadi, Sinhgad Road, Pune 411030

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month

Performance based incentive .

Working Hours: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Sunday off Alternative saturdays week off after completion of three months with the organisation .

Join Creditum as a Telecalling Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, build client engagement, and support internal coordination—all while maintaining accurate communication records.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries

Present service offerings, address queries, and convert leads into opportunities

Maintain databases, call logs, and client interaction records

Collaborate internally to ensure smooth processing and documentation

✅ Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities .

Ability to convert leads; sales/tele calling experience preferred .

Attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation

Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools

Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales roles.

Persistence, multitasking, and ability to work under goals-driven conditions
