Telesales Executive

Position Summary:

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, understanding their home interior needs, and scheduling meetings with designers or sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

-         Make outbound calls to potential customers.

-         Follow up on inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.

-         Creating Post regularly for digital marketing and maintaining all digital platform updated.   

2. Understanding Client Requirements

- Ask standard questions to understand scope, , and budget, location timeline. Filling the form and saving into customer data folder

- Educate customers about services, process, pricing, and USPs.

3.      Trunkey / End to End Services

3. Appointment Scheduling

- Fix meetings/consultations for Sales Executives or Designers.

- Coordinate appointment timings and reminders.

4. CRM Management

- Update call status, notes, and follow-up schedules.

- Maintain accurate data for sales pipeline tracking.

5. Customer Relationship Building

- Maintain polite, professional interactions.

- Handle objections confidently.

6. Reporting

- Daily call logs, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.

Reporting to Sales Manager / Senior Designer / Project Head

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills.

- Persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Basic understanding of interior services.

- CRM and MS Excel knowledge.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language.
