l Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

l Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

l Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

l Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

l Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

l Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

l Answer questions about products or the company

l Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

l Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

REQUIRED SKILLS

l Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

l Good fluency in English

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

l Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

l Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

l Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive.

l Should have basic knowledge of Sales and Insurance.

l Willing to work in Rotational shifts and Rotational week off.

l Undergraduates/Freshers can also apply. Must have completed 18yrs of Age.

Salary Bracket between 15K CTC – 20K CTC plus incentive from the client [Salary depends on Sales Knowledge, Insurance Knowledge, English communication, Education and Stability]
