Job Title: Telesales Executive – Insurance

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Nature of Account: Domestic

Department: Insurance (Health, Motor & Life)

Shift: Rotational Shift (Day shift for females up to 8 PM; Rotational for males)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our growing Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in advising and guiding customers towards the most suitable insurance products, including Health, Motor, and Life insurance. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals with a passion for customer engagement and a knack for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to interested leads and guide them through appropriate insurance solutions.

·       Build a deep understanding of customer requirements and match them with relevant insurance products.

·       Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism.

·       Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in internal systems.

·       Stay up to date on insurance products, features, and market updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

·       Education: Graduate in any discipline.

·       Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Preferred: Experience in insurance and a flair for sales is a plus.

·       Languages Required: Fluent in English and Hindi.

·       Communication Skills:

o  Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.

o  Must be free from MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) and RTI (Regional Tone Influence).

o  Strong grammar and pronunciation skills are a must.

Salary:

·       Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC

·       Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹40,000 CTC (Based on last drawn salary)
