Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Conduct outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in our share market classes.

Clearly articulate the benefits of our programs and address any queries or concerns.

Lead Generation:

Generate leads through proactive calling, follow-ups, and response handling.

Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead conversion.

Sales:

Close sales over the phone and provide necessary information to facilitate enrolment.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Knowledge or interest in the share market and financial instruments.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
