Telesales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain solar solutions, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and company services
• Generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer databases
• Follow up with interested leads for conversion
• Support sales team with customer coordination
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & word preferred)
• Positive attitude & target-oriented approach
• Ability to handle customer queries politely
• Marathi speaker
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
