Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services and closing sales over the phone.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound sales inquiries
- Explain product/service features and benefits
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer database
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer objections professionally
