Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Sales Generation: Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to build and nurture relationships.
