As a Telecaller, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for customer enquiries—guiding prospects with accurate information and driving conversations toward closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently

Engage customers with accurate product and service details

Follow up and convert enquiries into successful sales closures

Maintain a courteous and positive approach in every interaction

Log customer data and interaction history systematically

🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory; other regional languages are an added advantage

06 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales

Comfortable using systems for call logging and data entry
