Job Summary:

Sales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products/services effectively, building positive customer relationships, maintaining accurate call records, and achieving calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients

• Explain company services/products clearly and professionally

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

• Maintain accurate call records and regularly update the CRM system

• Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Hindi OR English is mandatory

• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage

• BPO Experience & Preferred Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain
