Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Coordinate with delivery/operations team for order fulfillment
• Collect customer feedback and share with management
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
