Telesales Executive

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and develop new leads, conduct direct customer outreach, and convert prospects into clients.
• Needs Analysis: Interview applicants to understand their financial situation, repayment capacity, and specific needs.
• Product Recommendation: Explain loan options, terms, and conditions, matching suitable personal loan products to clients.
• Application Management: Assist with documentation, process applications, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, lending regulations, and financial laws.
• Sales & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets, provide sales reports, and report to management.
• Relationship Management: Build trust, maintain client relationships, and foster referrals for repeat business.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, operations, and other departments for smooth loan processing and disbursal. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales/lending experience.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational & time-management abilities.
• Understanding of loan products, policies, and financial regulations.
• Ability to handle objections and build trust.
• Proficiency in financial software.
• Bachelor's degree (often preferred in Finance/Business).
