• Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our corporate gifting solutions.
• Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to decision-makers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Requirements Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
