Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a female candidate to initiate calls in exceptionally fluent English with

principals and directors of schools across India. The main objective is to schedule

meetings with school decision-makers to introduce our ‘Holistic Progress Card’ solution.

Growth Path:

This role begins with initiating conversations and scheduling meetings with school

decision-makers. Based on performance (usually within 3–-5 months), you will progress to:

• Handling virtual demos with schools

• Supporting onboarding and client communication

• Managing school relationships across a region

Responsibilities:

●Make outbound calls to school decision-makers

●Schedule virtual/physical meetings with decision-makers

●Maintain call logs and follow-up plans in tracking sheets

Requirements:

●Fluent in English with very strong communication skills

●Hardware requirements: Must have a phone for calls and a laptop/tablet for tracking

sheets.

Remuneration/Stipend:

●Fixed Pay: ₹21,000-27000 per month

●Incentive: ₹500 per meeting

●Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹30,500 – ₹51,000 (performance-based)
