Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to handle field sales activities. The role involves visiting customers, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit prospective and existing customers in the assigned area

Generate new leads and convert them into sales

Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates

Coordinate with the internal sales and support team

Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar field sales role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Valid two-wheeler/vehicle and driving license (if required)
