Telesales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, calling prospective clients, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
• Generate and qualify leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
• Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships
