🔎 Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls to promote insurance products
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Motor / Health / Life Insurance policies
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and convincing manner
• Handle customer queries and resolve objections effectively
• Follow up with interested prospects to ensure maximum lead conversion
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Insurance / BFSI / Telesales process
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong negotiation and customer handling ability
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage
