Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller / Patient Care Executive to handle patient enquiries, take case history, provide initial online counselling as per clinic protocols, and convert leads into clinic visits and surgery bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound patient calls

• Explain hair transplant, skin, and cosmetic treatments

• Take detailed patient case history

• Provide initial online consultation guidance (non-clinical)

• Book clinic visits, consultations, and surgeries

• Follow up with interested patients

• Maintain call logs and lead records

Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English preferred)

• Patient-friendly and convincing personality

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/WhatsApp/Excel)

• Experience in medical/aesthetic telecalling preferred
