Job Summary—The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products, identifying needs, and converting leads into successful applications. The role demands strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Conversion -Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan products (personal loan, business loan, home loan, credit line, etc.).
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates clearly.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Follow up on warm leads and convert inquiries into loan applications.
• 2. Customer Handling Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to loan products.
• Build rapport and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure ethical communication and compliance with banking/NBFC guidelines.
• 3. Documentation & Processing Collect required customer documents and coordinate with the verification team.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of application forms.
• Track application status and update customers accordingly.
• 4. Reporting & Targets Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and CRM entries.
• Share daily performance reports with the team leader.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 6 months–1 year of telesales experience (loan sales preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of loan products, CIBIL, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Ability to handle objections and follow structured scripts.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
