Job Description

JOB Open to freshers or those with 0–1 year of experience in telesales.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Handling & Outreach:

Respond to IndiaMART inquiries and leads: Contact businesses that have shown interest via IndiaMART leads or databases.

Make outbound calls: Reach out proactively to potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services.


Client Engagement & Sales Process

Understand customer needs: Ask questions and actively listen to uncover what clients require and tailor your pitch.

Pitch & negotiate: Present solutions convincingly and negotiate terms to move the prospect toward a sale.

Close deals: Convert prospects into paying clients by sealing sales over the phone, following up persistently until closure.

Follow-up tracking: Maintain accurate follow-up schedules to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management

Build relationships: Establish trust and long-term rapport with new clients.

Respond to queries: Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction. (Recruiting Resources)
