Key Responsibilities :

• Daily insurance leads वर कॉल करणे (Motor / Health Insurance)

• ग्राहकांची गरज समजून योग्य insurance plan explain करणे

• Quotation तयार करून WhatsApp / system वर पाठवणे

• Follow-up करून policy closing करणे

• EMI / part-payment options योग्य cases मध्ये explain करणे

• Customer documents collect करून backend team ला share करणे

• CRM / Google Sheet मध्ये call updates आणि status maintain करणे

• Payment follow-up आणि policy issuance coordination

• Daily call target आणि productivity maintain करणे
