Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging them with our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

* Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a robust database of customer interactions.

* Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team as necessary.

* Address customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings.

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer responses, and feedback in the CRM system.

* Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments set.
