Job Title: ATLUP Calling Executive (In-Office)

About the Role:

Stemious, through its flagship initiative ATALUP, is helping schools across India become eligible and apply for the ₹20 lakh Government of India grant to set up Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs).

As a Calling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to schools, introducing the ATL Grant opportunity, assisting in collecting the Letter of Intent (LoI) from interested schools, and coordinating the MoU signing between the school and Stemious Solutions for further execution. You are the first point of contact in converting interest into partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

·     Make outbound calls to school principals and decision-makers using verified data.

·     Present the ATL Grant opportunity and explain ATLUP’s full lifecycle support.

·     Assess school details and assess eligibility.

·     Share the LoI format, proposal, and ATLUP documentation via WhatsApp & Email.

·     Follow up to collect signed LoIs and initiate MoU process for confirmed schools.

·     Maintain accurate call logs and reporting sheets.

·     Collaborate with ATLUP’s ground team and assessment division.

·     Achieve weekly/monthly targets of LoI collection and MoU conversion.


Candidate Requirements:

·     Proficient communication in English and Hindi (Regional language is a plus).

·     Knowledge of WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and Gmail.

·     Prior experience in telesales, outreach calling is preferred.

·     Must be willing to work full-time from the office in Sahakar Nagar, Pune.

·     Strong follow-up skills and ability to build school-level rapport.
