Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude toward sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Regional language)
• Confidence in speaking with customers over calls
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support
• Experience in EdTech / Finance / Real Estate / Services industry
• Familiarity with lead management systems
