Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Handle inbound sales calls and customer queries
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales
• Handle objections and convert leads into customers
