Job Description

Job Title: 

Loan Telesales Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective/existing clients for loan requirements.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (Personal, Home, Auto).
  • Sales & Closure: Explain loan features, process applications, collect documents, and close sales to meet targets.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong client relationships.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and data privacy.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls/transactions and provide sales updates.
  • Follow-up: Follow up on leads and application statuses. 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven telesales/BFSI experience ( loans ).

  • Skills: Excellent communication (English/Hindi), negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, resilient (handles rejection), and customer-focused.
