Job Overview
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads, speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert them into confirmed orders. The role mainly involves calling customers who have already shown interest in our T-shirt printing services and closing sales by explaining product options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, understands customer needs quickly, and can convert inquiries into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads received from WhatsApp, website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements such as quantity, printing method, fabric type, and delivery timeline.
- Explain available T-shirt options, printing techniques, pricing, and offers.
- Share product details, quotations, and samples (if required) with customers.
- Negotiate and close orders with customers.
- Coordinate with the production team to confirm order details and timelines.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and sales status in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with pending leads until closure.
- Build good relationships with customers to generate repeat orders and referrals.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
- Comfortable speaking with customers on phone for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in tele sales, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
