🚀 Hiring: Customer Support Executive – Sales (Health Insurance)

📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune

💼 Job Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive – Sales in the Health Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and converting leads into sales.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to health insurance

Explain policy details and benefits to customers

Convert inquiries into successful sales

Maintain strong customer relationships

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Ensure high customer satisfaction

🎓 Eligibility:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate

Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)

Basic understanding of sales/customer handling

💰 Salary:

Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (PF included)

Experienced: ₹24,000 – ₹32,000 (PF included)

⏰ Work Details:

6 Days Working

Rotational Day Shifts

1 Month Training Period

Female employees will not be scheduled after 8:00 PM
