We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company.

You are responsible for closing sales visits over the phone & maintaining good customer relationship.

The Goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers & developing business.

JD:

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a Product or service
2. Answer questions about the products or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements & close .
4. Enter and update customers information in the database .
5. Keep records of calls & sales & note useful information. Maintain database on a reqular basis.
6. Making Recordings of all the sales phone calls & deals.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Proven experience as Telesales or other Sales/ Customers Service Role.
2. Good Knowledge of relevant computer programmes( e.g. CRM Software)
3. Ability to learn about products & services & describe /explain them to prospects .
4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Cool-Tempered & able to handle rejection.
6. Ability to tolerate stress & pressure.
7. Hard Working individulas.
8. Long Term Service.
