Key

Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to app users and pitch instant personal loans up to ₹5 lakhs.

• Understand customer needs and explain loan features, benefits, and repayment options.

• Convert leads into successful loan disbursals through effective sales conversations.

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups in CRM systems.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Sales experience preferred; customer service/support candidates with strong persuasion skills can also apply.

• Target-driven with convincing and negotiation abilities.

Compensation

& Benefits Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives.

Average performers can earn incentives up to ₹8,000 per month additionally apart from salary.
