Telesales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You are responsible for closing sales visits over the phine & maintaining good customer relationship. The Goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers & developeing business. JD: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a Product or service Answer questions about the products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements & close . Enter and update customers information in the database . Keep records of calls & sales & note useful information. Maintain database on a reqular basis. Making Recordings of all the sales phone calls & deals. REQUIREMENTS : Proven experience as Telesales or other Sales/ Customers Service Role. Good Knowledge of relevant computer programmes( e.g. CRM Software) Ability to learn about products & services & describe /explain them to prospects . Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Cool-Tempered & able to handle rejection. Ability to tolerate stress & pressure. Hard Working individulas. Long Term Service.
