1. Well versed with GEM (Government E-Marketplace) guidelines and should have good exposure to such bidding and execution.

2. Checking New Tender inquiry on Govt. and Tender Portal or website.

3. Preparing documents as per Checklist and Tender inquiry.

4. Preparing Technical and Financial Bid in given Timeline

5. Preparing Tender fee for Tender & Maintaining Records of Tender, EMD, BG details

6. Providing Documents and rates for GEM bidding Purpose

7. Executing Agreements and Security deposit for Qualified Tenders.

8. To sign the documents & upload on the e-portal.

9. Registering Company on E-portal and providing the required documents.

10.Maintaining RC and Analysis reports and PO copies

11.Effective Coordination with Quotation and sales team.

12.Preparing Technical and Commercial Bid for Online/Offline Govt. and Private Organizations tenders.
