Tender Executive

Ø Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM portal

Ø Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements

Ø Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids within deadlines

Ø Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and compliance

Ø Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and results

Ø Identify new business opportunities through market research

Ø Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners

Ø Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities

Ø Follow up on submitted tenders and negotiate contracts

Ø Liaise with sales, finance, and operations teams for bid preparation

Ø Communicate with clients for clarifications and updates

Ø Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits if required

Ø Prepare EMD, tender fees, and other statutory documents

Ø Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and technical requirements

Ø Handle vendor registrations and pre-qualification documents
