Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities from government portals, private clients, and consultants

• Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications

• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, and legal teams for bid preparation

• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender guidelines

• Ensure timely submission of tenders (online and offline)

• Handle pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and corrigendum updates

• Maintain tender records, submission status, and follow-ups

• Coordinate for EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and supporting documents

• Assist in post-tender negotiations and award follow-up

• Maintain database of clients, tenders, and awarded projects

• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender conditions

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of tender portals (GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals, etc.)

• Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and civil drawings

• Strong documentation and coordination skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and deadline management

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms
