Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Solar)


Location: Pune, Maharashtra


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹90,000 per month


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive solar power projects and solutions in commercial and industrial sectors

- New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the solar power industry

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners

- Sales Growth: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients for solar power projects

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the solar power sector


Requirements:


- Experience: 5-10 years in sales, marketing, or related fields in the solar industry

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, plus an MBA

- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar technologies, renewable energy industry, and government policies and regulations
