Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Manager to manage and expand our B2B customer base in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role involving direct interaction with customers in the packaging and corrugation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory

• Develop new B2B customers in the corrugation and paper packaging industry

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closures

• Provide technical coordination between customers and the production team

• Build and support a local sales team as the territory grows

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering preferred

• MBA (Marketing/Business) will be an added advantage

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Highly motivated and target-driven personality

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in the corrugation, packaging, adhesives, or paper industry will be strongly preferred.

Working Days

Monday – Sunday (Field-based role with flexible scheduling)
