Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies, leading a team of automation engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and accuracy in testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure the quality and accuracy of software applications. - Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle and that quality is maintained throughout the process. - Identify and implement innovative testing products and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality testing solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Primary Skill: Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. - Primary Skill: Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in leading a team of automation engineers. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neotys Neoload. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. - Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM. - Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing strategy. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
