 Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.

 Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.

 Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.

 Adhering to company ’s compliances and policies.

 Completely work from office

Target Audience: 2024 Graduates and Postgraduates from recognized universities can apply. Tech background will not be considered (IT/ ECE / Computers / Electronics / E&C / E&E / E&TC).

Locations of work: Bangalore and Pune.

Pre-requisites:

 Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

 Candidate should not have any backlog for participating in the hiring process.

 Candidate must have good communication skills.

 candidate must be willing to work in any of Mphasis' operating locations.

 Candidate must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirement.

 Candidate must possess a valid Government issued identification document.

Skills:

 Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

 Good Analytical, logical, and reasoning skills.

 Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel.

 Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy.

 Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change.

 Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.

 Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
