Trainee Officer – Warehouse

Job Description

1. To maintain cGMP records as per the SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
2. To ensure the cleanliness of Warehouse areas and equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs.
3. Dispensing of raw materials as per production plan.
4. SAP entries for receipt and dispensing activities.
5. To monitor the temperature, humidity and differential pressures in Warehouse.
6. Calibration and verification of weighing balances in warehouse areas.
7. To perform the periodic physical stock verification of Raw materials and ensure the stock is always updated.
8. To ensure the proper segregation and storage of Raw materials as per storage conditions.
9. Reconciliation of materials
10. Cleaning and maintaining the dispensing accessories neat and clean.
11. Preparation for various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
