What You Need:

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (Basic accounting knowledge is a plus!)

Tech Setup: A laptop or PC with an internet connection (A printer is an added advantage).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.

Send training proposals and follow up with clients.

Schedule and coordinate training sessions efficiently.

Raise invoices and ensure they are delivered to customers.

Organize travel and accommodation for trainers traveling outstation.

Engage with new and potential clients, introducing them to our training programs.

Coordinate with the CA for accounting and financial processes.
